The Boys

While Gretchen had fun with Junie, Aaron and the two little boys played at the park. This boy loves to swing.

Working on his climbing skills.

Harrison always trying to get a laugh.

He made it up. Now he's on his way...

down!

Playing on the train.

What a cutie!

Aaron's skills.

Another cutie.

Who doesn't like to climb on the dinosaur bones?

I'm sure he was telling everyone what the were supposed to be doing. He does like to have control of things.

Still climbing.

A puddle.

What boys are not attracted to a puddle?
They did come home muddy but not wet.

Walking Junie

Gretchen and Junie

Dogs love slides, right?

Guess not.

A little fetch.

Graham gettin' in on the action.

A girl in heaven.

No, we didn't get a dog. It's another dog from the Humane Society.

More Creations from Gavin

Another from December, do you think maybe it was a busy month.

Graham Working Out

These were taken of Graham in Dec.

Really trying to figure it out.

I was going through pictures trying to spring clean things and found these that I hadn't posted yet. I couldn't pass them up.

Horse Expo

Saturday Aaron took Gretchen, Kelly, Harrison and Graham to the Horse Expo and Fair in Albany.

Heading in.

They've got the boots.

Gretchen just can't get enough.

Graham had so much fun with all of the horses and donkeys.

Loving it.

They all had such a great time and kept talking about it the rest of the day. The kids especially liked the miniature donkeys. Gretchen couldn't believe how long their ears are. Two great adventures to kick off spring break. Now I think we'll just hang around home and not do much.

Splash!

Friday night Aaron took the kids and two cousins, Kelly and Nicholas to Splash. Hunter has been wanting to go for his birthday since his birthday. It seems that every weekend there was something or someone wasn't feeling well. They finally got to go and since there wasn't room in the van for Graham and I we stayed home. I know those are the sacrifices we make as parents.

Here's Harrison in the tube staying where his feet and still touch.

Still where he can touch.

Harrison venturing out to see Gretchen up against the wall and Gavin at the far left .

Hunter so cool!
Gretchen getting some water.

Harrison and Gavin. These two kept karate chopping the waves, always boys.

Waiting for the next wave.

Gavin in the tube.

Doing some great moves.

Harrison loved this umbrella like thing. Aaron said he was there a lot.
They all got home close to 10pm, wiped out and went straight to bed. Graham and I played and straighten up the house. He went to bed about 8pm and I watching Serendipity on TV. Nice and relaxing.

Cupcakes

In class this week we learned to make roses. Mine turned out alright. My frosting was dry for some reason. But it made very cool jagged edges on my rose. Then we added some luster dust to it. Yes, there is a Hershey kiss in the middle. My kids loved that part.

We also learned the shell edging.

And how to make sweet peas. I didn't want to color any more frosting and load another bag so I used the colors I had. I know it looks like carrots. If those were green it would be the stem. Use our imagination.
I figured out why my frosting was dry I forgot to add the milk, oops! I added milk to the leftover frosting and now it is perfect. I can't believe I forgot that. It was a crazy night trying to get the kids feed in baths and the kitchen clean before going. And of course Aaron wasn't home until right before I left.
