Baseball Has Begun

Hunter started baseball yesterday. He has baseball every week day. Gavin started today and has it Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This was Graham, Harrison, and Nicky eating some Wheat Thins while Hunter had practice.

The bigger boys kept having Graham come over to me to get more crackers.

Gavin up to bat for the first time this season.

Hunter is catcher. He was excited to help with Gaivn's team. I think he might help every time.

See the ball go!

Just before hitting it.

Baseball is going to be fun this year. We get it all done before noon on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Tuesday, Thursdays we are done at 10:30. We will have time to go home get lunch have some down time. Then off to the pool. Last year we weren't done until after 2. It really cut into our swimming time. I love doing baseball in the summer because it gives the boys something to do. It not interfering with school work. I'm sure there will be plenty of that in years to come.I'd like to put it off as much as possible. And the boys love their coach, Mickey.

Chalk Art

After the bubbles, the kids moved on the chalk art.

Gretchen's art

Harrison only got that much on his face. Usually it gets really bad.

Another of Gretchen's

Gavin's rock star

Fun With Bubbles

Our friends and neighbors have this great bubble machine. The kids loved playing in it yesterday.

Harrison had to be reminded to not get his cast in it.

Gavin-always his creative self.

Graham getting in on the action. Thanks Prices for a wonderful time.

Here We Go Again

No this is not a picture from about 9 months ago. This is a new as of today. Harrison was jumping off of a chair and had been told not to. He did it again and we have a small fracture on the same elbow as before. Luckily he only has it for two weeks. At the pool this afternoon, Harrison was so miserable. In the big pool he has been a fish, swimming under water and all. He is not so thrilled with the cast. Hopefully he has learned to listen a little bit better.

Gavin's Kindergarten Graduation

Excited for the last day of school.

Gavin getting his diploma and other goodies from his sweet teacher, Mrs. Adams.

Graham couldn't stay away from Gavin.

Gavin with his friend Arthur, from Belgium. Arthur is moving back to Belgium in August. Gavin is really going to miss him.

Justin, Arthur and Gavin signing their autograph books.
Now it is off to 1st grade. Gavin has had a great year. He has far exceeded our expectations.

Hunter's 5th Grade Promotion

Yesterday, Hunter's school had the 5th Grade promotion. He is very excited to be moving on the middle school. Hunter decided to go to the big middle school instead of staying at Lincoln's middle school. Hunter, Chance and Wyatt, pictured above, have been together since Kindergarten. They are such great kids. Can they really be off to middle school next year? Am I old enough to really have a middle schooler?

Harrison's Gradulation

Harrison's preschool had there graduation today. I know that I misspelled graduation in the title, but that is how Harrison says it. I love it.
Harrison waiting to have his turn to go up to the front.

Harrison and his good friend Aaron.
Aaron finally got to go up. Feeling a bit shy being in front of all of the people.

They got a diploma and goody bags. The boys couldn't wait to see what was inside. Harrison is excited to go to back next year. He is glad that we have the summer though.
