A Visit with Aunts

We were so lucky to see Andrea and Jonelle on Friday. The kids love their aunts so much. What fun it is to get together and always have a good time. Gretchen wasn't in the pictures because she had a friends birthday party across the street. She would bop in and out to check things out.

Adam and Justin came into town for a boys weekend with some cross country friends. We are so glad that we got to spend some time with them. Lots of wrestling and joking around was done by everyone. The first thing Harrison said when we first saw the Uncles was where's Aunt Jaime? He does love Jaime but was a bit shy about talking to her on the phone. maybe that was the cold shoulder for not coming? Kidding. We are so excited for them to come again around Christmas time. Ho,Ho,Ho!

Saying Goodbye

We said good bye to another great couple this week. Eric and E Toman headed to Washington D.C. this week. We are all going to really miss them. There have had so many great dinners and going to the temple together. The good news is that we'll see them next summer because they are coming back to move to Columbus Ohio. All of us Hale love and already miss you guys tons. Thanks for all that you've done for us.

I know that it is a day late but it did get it done before next year came. Aaron's birthday was yesterday and we didn't get to really celebrate him being another year wiser, yet. Thanks Aaron for all that you do for us!

Fireworks in August

Our great friends Eric and E. Gave us some sparklers this week. The kids could hardly wait to get them going. We have had so much fun with them. It was a little difficult to get them going at first because of wind. We soon got them lit.

Daddy's Princess

Here is Daddy's princess as Aaron likes to refer to Gretchen as. Aaron took these she was playing. She has such a great imagination. I'm grateful to have at least one girl, drama and all.

What Happens After Bath Time?

In our home this is what happened after bath time. When I'm nursing Graham and can't get into the bathroom . The boys were having so much fun under the sink. They can have so much fun together when they want to. I do love having my boys. There's rarely a dull moment.

Yesterday after church, the kids got out the box that has 15 games in on. It has pick up sticks and other little tiles, as seen in the picture. Gavin with his creative eye made this girl out of some of the things from the game and other things in the family room.

Summer's over

Well for Aaron at least. The kids still have a month of summer. Aaron started his new job yesterday. We were sad to see him leave in his car, but knew it was what was coming. So to forget about Daddy going to work we headed to Central park after Graham's morning nap.
Graham was ready to eat and for another nap by the time we were ready to go. After Graham afternoon nap it was to the pool for cooling off and fun. We swam for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. By this time it was dinner time and after that it was more swimming with Dad at the pool. We had so much fun and we all slept well.
