Christmas

Christmas morning didn't come to early for us. 6:40 a.m.
The kids were thrilled to be posing for a picture.

The first present opened. 

Graham was thrilled. Anything Star Wars is a winner with our boys.

Who knew Harrison would be so excited for a movie. He acted this way about all his gifts. What a great attitude.

Gretchen got the game Headbands. It is so much fun. The kids played it several time Christmas day.

Our kids draw each others names. It make life a bit easier. Harrison knew exactly what he wanted to get Graham, a Batman Helicopter. Graham was thrilled.

Hazel woke up in the middle of all the present opening. She didn't want to miss out on to much.

This year I opted to make only pants. I was going through the kids' clothes in early November and noticed that their jammie shirts all looked pretty new. The pants that went with them, not so much. So I thought I'd get a shirt to go with some jammie pants. The kids were thrilled. They all said they get to hot with the jammie shirts on. the t-shirts were a hit.

We weren't home for much of Christmas. We had church at 12 p.m. Then it was over to the Cole's for Christmas lunch and fun. Then on to my mom's for dinner.
The next day we treated as our stay in your jammies and play with all of our fun stuff day!

Topping the Tree

The kids agreed to have Hazel put the star on the top of the tree. She did it when she woke up in the 10's. As you can see she was thrilled to be putting the tree up and not nursing. We can always count on her letting us know what doesn't make her happy.

Well it got done. Check.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was at out house. We had yummy soups and breads for dinner.

After Santa left, we headed outside for caroling around the neighborhood. It was actually nice weather, not too cold, or windy and no rain. As always we had a fantastic time.
