Some of My Boys

We are all sad that July is coming to an end. Aaron heads back to work Monday. Summer is officially over for him. I'm excited that the kids still have over a month left. We survived the heat wave that came through. The pool was a life saver for us.
Graham now jumps into the pool and doesn't freak out if his face goes in the water. He was so excited to tell me after every time he jumped in to Aaron.

He loves Rocket so much, sometimes a little to much.

Gavin always the jokester.

A little snack before bed.

Rocket is still waiting for a bite.

More Family Visiting

Saturday, my brother Shea, his wife Anne, and their two boys came to visit. Harrison and Graham reading with Shane.
They headed to the coast on Sunday. We met them on Monday after baseball. It was a great day. The weather in Corvallis was in the 100's. In Newport in was 63 and windy. Can't complain, the sun was out.

The kids waiting to get to the beach.

Playing on the fake whale bones.

Shane was reading what it said on the rock.

I think Gavin forgot where the sidewalk was. Or he was trying to find a short cut.

Finally on the beach. Rocket had a great time and wiped out the rest of the day.

Anne and Shea.

Gavin trying to bury himself.

Still trying.

Finally heading towards the water. They didn't stay in long.

Graham didn't want to go to the water. The sand was fun enough.

Shane buried.

Jake buried.

Hunter being Indiana Jones.

Gavin buried.

We had such a great time with the Robisons. Today the headed back to Idaho. Thanks for coming guys.

At the Park with Dad

This morning Aaron was flying solo with the kids and running them to their different activities. Okay, so there was only one activity. Gretchen was supposed to have gymnastics today. She was invited to the zoo with our neighbors. Of course she went to the zoo. Instead of Aaron having to run the kids to two different activities that were at the same time, he only had one. Boy, did he luck out. Aaron was able to spend some time with the boys at the park while Hunter had baseball practice.
The boys took Rocket with them to the park. Graham wanted to walk him. From what I hear, Graham did a great job.

Too cute!

Playing in the sand together.

I don't think Rocket wants to go.

Graham loves Rocket, sometimes a little to much.

Gavin and his friend were drawing on the side of boat at the park.

Harrison and Rocket

What a big boy, Rocket too.

Graham being cute.

I love this one.

The boys had such a great time with Dad. We are all going to go through withdrawals when Aaron goes back to work in a week and a half. Really, we only have that much longer? It has gone by way to fast.
