Happy Birthday!!

It's Hunter's 19th Birthday today!

I'm so grateful for him. He is a thoughtful, hardworking, patient, kind, faithful, caring, funny and a fighter! 

He is so many other things too. 

Hunter has been in Tampa, Florida for the last 6 months serving the Lord and the people there. We miss him a ton and love the example he is setting for the rest of us. (Yes, I'm getting choked up and teary as I type this.) He was so excited to serve a mission and never had a second thought about going. Hunter couldn't wait to get out and serve. The people he has met have impacted him in so many ways.

 On Christmas Day we get to talk with Hunter. We chose to use Skype to do this. It was so great to do it through our Xbox.  

 Aaron went live on Facebook so others who weren't able to be at our home could also see, hear and talk to him.  

It was amazing to talk with him, hear his voice and see how great he is doing. 

So great!!

Grateful!

We are so grateful for wonderful members all over the world who take care of the missionaries serving in their area. Our family is especially thankful for those in the Tampa, Florida area who look after Hunter and the other missionaries serving there. I love getting the texts and pictures from the members. They brighten my day!

Scouts Advancement

Gavin was awarded his Tenderfoot tonight.

Hunter was awarded his Life Scout.

Temple Trip

Our ward youth were able to go to the temple. Aaron was able to go along.

Family Time

Saturday morning we met at the park for a family get together. 

The cousins got a game of missionary tag going.

Eventually most of the adults joined in the game.

Late at night Shale set a movie outside for the kids.

We also went to the Rec Center for Kimball's basektball game.

Idaho Bound

The kids and I headed to Idaho for my nephew Tanner's wedding.
Traveling by myself with all the kids went very well.

When we got to Idaho we headed to Steve and Kameka's.
