Doernbecher Day

Hunter had a Doernbecher appointment Thursday.
The whole family minus Gretchen headed up to Portland. First Aaron and I went to the temple. Then it was on to Doernbecher.
Hunter's numbers were great, ANC 1.5, Hemoglobin 12.3, and Platelets 112.
After Hunter was done we rode the tram.
Hazel was not sure at first.
Then it was fun.
We stopped at the Woodburn outlets. Then it was home again, home again, jiggity jig.

Bouncing Around

Aaron and I took the younger 4 kids to the bounce house.
Hunter was at swim practice and Gretchen was at the Tokarski's.
Hazel wasn't quite sure about it at first.
But she soon got the hang of it.
Aaron got into the racing with the the boys.
I was trying to get a picture of Graham and Hazel. I also got a picture of Aaron and the boys in the back after one of the races through the inflatables.
Harrison was so sweet to take Hazel through this inflatable. He had to lift her over some of the obstacles.
Then it was Aaron's turn to take her down.
They all had a great time!

Pepsi Lights

After leaving my Mom's house we headed to the Pepsi lights.
With our busy schedule, we had not made it yet to see the Pepsi lights.
Hazel was so excited to see the lights.

The boys enjoyed it too, even though they were in the back of the van.

Grandma Wilhelm's

We headed over to my mom's in the early afternoon.
Many rounds of Uno were played.
And we watched Scrooge, the Albert Finney version.
Tradition.
This is what Aaron did while all of this was going on.
Good time were had!

Christmas Morning

The boys were up early and had the presents separated out before I got in there.
They did have to wait until Aaron and the girls were awake.
Harrison chceking out some of his loot.

Aaron finally awake.
As well as the girls.
Hazel knew what to do.

The kids had a great time opening up gifts. Hazel loved her stoller.
We also had an extra little lady at our house. Maya's little brother Markus was born on Christmas Eve. She is such a sweet girl. Maya was so exhausted that she slept through the kids opening up gifts. She woke up in time for breakfast though.
The kids didn't want her to go back home. We had so much fun with her. The bonus is that they live 6 houses down from us.
The kids in their Christmas PJs.
We had a great, relaxing morning.
Aaron made breakfast too.
Delicious!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we had family and friends over for soup and caroling.

We had the Browers, Eltons, Coles, and Hales and Shannen.

After we ate, the measuring stick came out. All the kids were measured.
Aaron and Jared playing a duet. They were trying to get the kids to come downstairs to get readt for caroling.
Getting ready for caroling.

Getting our voices warmed up.

Dawn, Darin and Carter

We caroled at my dad's house.

The kids opening up there PJs. Tradition!

Matt and Amber helped Hazel open up her PJs.
We had a blast. Soup, caroling and good company.
Perfect.
