Gretchen so excited to be on a horse.
Hunter and Gavin very serious.
The three boys on the carousel.
More of the boys having a good time. After the carousel we headed to the bumper cars. Gavin was so excited to try these. Disappointment, he wasn't tall enough to go by himself. He had to be with an adult. I couldn't go with him because I had the Harrison and Graham. Needless to say he wasn't to happy. We watched Gretch and Hunter drive the cars. After seeing them get rammed into and not knowing how to really control the bumper car, Gavin wasn't so excited to do it. (We have pictures of them in the cars but they are so blurry.)
After the bumper cars we headed to the beach once again. We met Shannon and her kids there. The kids toke a little bit of time figuring out if they could play. You know the shy I want to play but these are new kids to me stuff. We played on the swings, then in the sand. The kids flew a kite, dug some holes in the sand, and tried to make a sand castle. The sand castles were hard with Graham, Harrison and Sam wanting to step on anything standing.
It was so great to have the there. I think we were at the beach for 3 hours. Really the time flew by. The kids really got along fabulously. I loved the adult conversation. I was also worried about keeping the kids busy while Aaron was in classes. Thanks Shannon and kids!(No pictures, I left the camera in the stroller at the hotel.)
There was a family fun night that night that we went to. There were inflatables, face painting, games with prizes, free hot dog, popcorn and ice cream sundaes. When the fun was done, there were more desserts upstairs. We had a great time. This was put on by the conference Aaron was there for. We all slept very well that night.

This was the only picture I got from the Family Fun Night. Gretchen was not happy about having to wash her face. Such is life.
