Our Little Momma

This afternoon Hazel was so fun to watch taking care of her baby.
The other kids saw me with a baby and would mimic what I did. Or so I thought. I guess some of this is natural.
Don't mind the mess behind Hazel. It's our snow gear still out.
This was my favorite to watch. Hazel was talking so sweet to the doll like it was totally enjoying her lifting it up.
Such a cutie!

Working

Gavin and Gretchen went out front to shove off the driveway for Aaron. His car had trouble getting up the driveway because how deep the snow was.
They shoveled about 1/4 of it then took a basket shooting break.
Half way through they came inside for some lunch. They did finish the job. That is some good character building work I think.

Two Front Teeth

A couple of weeks ago we were at Gavin's basketball game. Graham was getting so annoyed with one of his front teeth just hanging there. He worked on it while the game was going. He had a huge smile and was so thrilled that he yanked this one out too. Now he has the cute space on his grin. What a cutie!

Sunday

I walked upstairs to find this going on in our bedroom. Aaron said at one moment there were 4 games being played at once. What a Dad!

Hunter has been working on paper airplanes most of the day. These are pretty complicated to do. But it's worth it, they fly beautifully.

Still Not Feeling It

Hazel woke up not feeling so well today still. She ate some breakfast then did this on the stool.
I thought she was still awake but on closer observation she wasn't. Poor little lady.
There was much of this going on today too. Luckily today church was cancelled. It was a nice day to let everyone rest. Hopefully tomorrow she will be back to it. Plus school is cancelled once again. No rushing around in the morning. The little lady will get to sleep in. That's just what she needs.

Our Baby is 16!

Hunter is 16. It's so strange to say that. He is very excited to be 16. Hunter loves that there is snow on the ground on his birthday.
Aaron ventured out to go work out. On his way home he stopped at Carl's Jr. and picked up 16 spicy chicken sandwiches for our 16 yo. Hunter was more the excited to have so many and even shared with his siblings.
Getting ready to be sung to and blow out 16 candles on 16 cupcakes.
Trying to act so cool.

Success!
There was quite a bit of smoke. So many candles.
Present time!
An OSU shirt, of course.
and an easy paper airplane kit.
I wasn't sure if he would like this. Maybe he would think it was to below him. Time will tell. We were going to take Hunter to get a suit and new white shirt but the weather didn't cooperate with us on that. Once the snow melts we can head out of town and get it done.

Sick Girl

Hazel woke up this morning in a whiny mood. About 15 minutes later she threw up. That explains the mood earlier. After she took a shower. Hazel went right to the couch and fell asleep. The rest of the day she was up and down. Feeling good and not feeling good. Sweet little lady.
